My story

I hope you enjoy this small glimpse into my Kids world; a world that I have proudly filled with color, pattern, fashion and fun for over 20 years.
​
Starting at Oilily and moving on to Mini Boden, Nordstrom and most recently Bedbath & Beyond, I have made my mark by building brands that kids and parents love. From newborn to teen, apparel to home, accessories to maternity, I have played in all categories of kids and baby product. I have worked and collaborated with numerous designers, directors, brand owners, manufacturers, buyers and art directors to bring my vision to life.
I enjoy managing teams and nurturing talent, remaining curious and open to new ideas. I am a director who fully engages in all aspects of the design process and who takes joy in every stage of development. No corners are cut in bringing quality, sustainable, inclusive, exciting and creative ideas from concept to the customer.

MIGHTY GOODS
Helping parents every step of the way
Mighty goods is an opening price point brand which delivers core basics to the customer. Sold in multiples, the product is streamlined and simple with a modern attitude. Product covers all needs from baby up to four years old. From swaddles and onesies to cribs to storage, all at affordable prices with no compromise on quality. This brand is built with a fresh approach to thoughtful detail and love of heritage product. Materials are chosen for their soft touch and natural finish. Pattern is beautifully considered and color is classic with a good base of neutrals. Ever & Ever has a high quality of construction. Standards are considered carefully and built to last.

NORDSTROM BABY
Taking care of the youngest customer, this trusted brand brings a collection of thoughtful items for your all your baby needs.
Classic baby wear and accessories in quality, beautifully soft materials that put comfort first. Traditional but modern, this collection makes an ideal gift for any parent. Take to a baby shower, add to a registry, gift in the signature Nordstrom silver box.
STEM
An organic collection for baby and kids with a relaxed modern style
Easy pieces in soft organic cotton. This collection is fun and fashion forward with pattern and shapes that allow for play. Each style is made in the softest material and many items are gender neutral so just pick your favorite print or color!
COLABORATIONS
Open to consulting with young brands to develop brand story, ethos, and product
I am always happy to work with brands to develop their handwriting for kids. During my tenure at Nordstrom we collaborated with several young brands, one of which was Something Navy. The founder was an influencer turned womenswear designer with her own style and brand ethos. She had two small children and wanted to extend her brand to kids wear so the whole family could be represented.
TUCKER + TATE
All American casual brand with a focus on denim, joyful color pops, pattern and graphics
This brand, developed in 2012, became one of the most beloved NPG kids brands. All styles have been crafted to offer the best quality for everyday wear including soft lounge wear, quality denim, easy to pair shirts and dresses and hardy outerwear.
TREASURE & BOND
Giving back to hand picked community projects, this tween denim brand is cool to wear and to be a part of
Treasure & bond was developed originally for women but was adopted by the NPG kids team. This brand focuses on signature denim styles, organic knits and light woven product. The collection has a relaxed attitude and a lived-in charm. Materials are organic cotton based; knit tops, sweatshirts, dresses and shirts.
ZELLA AND Z BY ZELLA GIRLS
The perfect active brand for girls 4-16 yrs.
Zella (Nordstrom) and Z by Zella (Nordstrom Rack) were built from the adult Zella brand to cater to the specific needs of active kids. Technically engineered to withstand wear, the materials used have excellent recovery and are incredibly comfortable. Signature prints have a soft appeal with blurred images, easy color ways and pops of fresh fluorescent.
MINI BODEN
Fun, fresh, original kids wear
Mini Boden was developed in the early 2000s as an extension of the major English clothing brand Boden. Under my leadership, this lively, intentional, pattern-focused kids brand grew fast and gained popularity across Europe. When the brand launched in America in 2002 it quickly became one of Nordstrom's biggest sellers for kids.
Mini Boden took on a life of its own, inviting kids to experience the playful side of fashion with truly original designs and graphics, uncompromising quality, and wearable styles built to last and be handed down.
JOHNNIEÂ B
Tween/teen extension of Mini Boden
As our children grew with the brands we developed at Mini Boden we saw a need to create some tween-appropriate styles and Johnnie b was born! With the same fun attitude and some added swag, we developed easy casual pieces for weekend parties and friendly hangouts.
